ARCHANGEL MICHAEL SPEAKS:

"Beloved ones, the earth is changing, accommodating the changes man is
forcing upon her.  Yet it is important to know that in time, the Earth will
reach the point where she can no longer accommodate these changes and
will react accordingly, to restore her own balance.

Humanity is given a gift to live upon the Earth.  As this is borrowed
territory, humans must remember to have respect for the Earth and her
inhabitants.  We are concerned that this memory has been forgotten in
you.  Earth is not your natural home, for your natural home is in the
realm of spirit, One with the Holy Source.  The most respectful choice you
can make is to live in Harmonic Concert with the Earth and her
inhabitants.

What does it mean to live in Harmonic Concert with the Earth?  
Simply be aware of yourself and your actions and how they impact the
Earth.  Is there balanced exchange or are you taking more than you
return?  Does this does mean you must go out into the wilderness and
plant more trees?  Not entirely, although it is a beautiful way to offer
your thanks and restoration to the Earth.  Giving to the Earth can be as
simple as saying a prayer of gratitude with the compassionate desire that
the health of Earth is restored and balanced.  In offering this prayer, you
ask Divine Source to help you bring healing and restoration to the Earth.  
You may receive an inspirational way to relate to the Earth, which is a
beautiful way to live in Harmonic Concert with the Earth.

Remember, Earth is not simply a rock you inhabit.  It is a beautiful
organism, living on many levels.  As your scientific technologies become
more advanced, you will understand this more clearly.  For now,
acknowledging the gifts of your Earthly environment and being thankful
for those gifts will insure the further access and abundance of those gifts,
setting up right relationship with the organism Earth supporting you on
your journey upon her.

We in the Angelic Realm know your heart is true.  Our task is to assist you
in reconnecting you to your Higher Mind, by directing your lower mind to
Divine Source, grace and gratitude.

We are ever with you, dear ones.  Give thanks for your Earthly abode, and
in doing so, you restore balance to the Earth and yourselves."

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL SPEAKS:

"Beloved ones, this is the time to take a moment for yourself, to breathe
in a sense of peace and exhale the tension from holding all that is around
you.  Without your own knowledge, you are a sponge, taking in
impressions and feelings of others.  Without your consciousness, you carry
emotions, thoughts and imprints that are generated by others and belong
to these others...not you!
Be aware of your exchanges with others throughout the day.  Be aware of
your breath when you are around others.  Notice when your breath
becomes more shallow, and fills with tension.  In the moment you are
aware of this shift in your breathing, take a deep breath and hold it for
one moment, with the intention that when you exhale, you exhale all that
is not yours.  Breathe deeply again and exhale again with the same
intention.  Then allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
As you learn to observe yourself in this way, you can maintain conscious
control of your peace and the rhythm by which you live.  
To still yourself, control your breath, evenly inhaling, holding the breath
briefly and then exhaling slowly.  It matters not what your environment is
on the outside.  With this focus, you can always maintain peace and
stillness within.
Take care of yourself, dear one.  You are precious and needed.
